Much like our kick off meeting for content production we begin the live event preproduction phase finding out the objectives and goals of your event and then guiding you to the most cost effective approach to accommodate your live audiences and webcast viewers.

TKM works directly with your chosen venue to ensure appropriate load in, power, lighting, internet, staging, seating and insurance requirements are covered in advance so there are no surprises from load in to load out.

Time is money in live event production so we provide written production schedules that outline set up, rehearsal and show schedules in order to minimize any unnecessary overtime and further ensure successful events. Our show flows and schedules are designed to keep your event running on time and on budget. Our room diagrams let you see months in advance what your room will like so modifications can be made along the creative journey.

All staging and lighting including design and installation utilizing convention, LED and moving fixtures are included along with multiple fly pack options featuring multiple ME broadcast switchers and broadcast cameras with enough glass to shoot across the largest arenas and ballrooms. TurnKey MultiMedia offers affordable and versatile video solutions for live events including stunning visual display and video projection utilizing cutting edge media servers and graphic systems. These live events can then be streamed on a pay per view or free webcast basis.
